Dear Employer,

Please refer to my letter no. WB/JD(I/C)/MISC./SRO(BKP)/2006 dt. 17.12.2009 regarding the cited subject which is available on our Website.

In continuation to my letter referred to above it is informed that the code no. of all the existing employers have now been converted into 17 digit code number.  The changed code numbers are furnished hereunder Branch office wise i.e., the code number of your factories/establishments appears under the Branch Office to which your factories/establishments is attached.  Henceforth, you are requested to use the changed code number (17-digit) only in all your correspondence with us including in payment challan.  The 17-digit code number is being communicated to you individually also through letter.
